After much anticipation, the feature film adaptation of Suzanne Collins’s dystopian teenocide hits the big screen. Amidst much hand wringing, lip biting and eye rolling of fans, The Hunger Games finally gets the treatment its young adult phenomenon predecessors were subject to.

In my senior year of high school, I really got into Japanese music. One of the first tracks I attached myself to and learned every word of was a song called Miss You by a geeky DJ and his Korean-Japanese rapping partner. And after five years since their last original album, hip hop duo and in house favorite m-flo are back with their new record SQUARE ONE.

The now famous saying is, ‘No Music, No Life,’ and I couldn’t agree more. While I think my cohort boykun is more suited to writing up music, I do try my best to get my opinions out there as well. Bacon is the big thing right now. Well, it’s always been a big thing—I mean, I’ve always loved bacon. But lately, there seems to be this huge surge of popularity, love, and devotion for salty strip. You see bacon on and in everything, and fast food chain Jack in the Box has taken to another level with their infamous Bacon Milkshake.
